In some cases, an account may be approved to rent up to a certain value. This is called a rental limit or rental value cap.
A rental limit means you can still rent on Hygglo, but only within the value that has been approved for your account.
Why do I have a rental limit?
Rental limits are based on Hygglo’s internal verification review.
The review can take several factors into account, and the outcome may vary depending on the account, booking, market, and information available at the time.
We’re not able to share the specific criteria behind this review.
Can my rental limit be increased?
Rental limits are not increased or removed on request.
Support cannot change a rental limit, and requesting a higher-value booking does not mean the limit can be adjusted.
If your booking is above your current limit, the best next step is usually to rent lower-value items first and build up positive rental history on the platform. This may help support higher-value rentals in the future.
Can I split a rental into several bookings?
No. A rental limit cannot be bypassed by splitting a rental into multiple bookings.
If the total rental value is above your approved limit, the booking may not be able to continue.
Can I still use Hygglo?
Yes. You can continue renting on Hygglo within your approved rental limit.
A rental limit does not mean you cannot use Hygglo. It only means that bookings need to stay within the value currently approved for your account.
