Name and photo: Your first name, last initial and profile photo. If you rent out as a company, your company name isn’t shown.
Ratings and reviews from previous borrowers
Active listings with available items
Statistics, such as response rate and response time
Personal description, which the lender can update
How do I find a lenders's profile?
You can easily access a lenders's profile by:
Clicking on the lender’s name in a listing
Going to a booking or rental request – from there, you can click on the lender’s name to view their public profile
Personal description – Important considerations
The personal description is a short introduction where you can share information about yourself and your experience as a lender. It should not be used to state rental terms, as borrowers may overlook important details.
How do I add a personal description?
If you are a lender, you can add or update your personal description by:
Going to Edit Profile
Finding the "About" field
Writing your description and saving the changes
