For Borrowers
Once you've returned the item, you can mark it as returned in the booking, and the lender will confirm it. The lender receives a reminder two days after the rental period ends.
After the rental is complete, you will be prompted to leave a review.
Note: If the lender forgets to mark the item as returned, they will receive reminders. You will not be charged extra, even if the process is delayed.
For Lenders
To complete a rental and receive payment, you must mark the item as returned once the borrower has brought it back.
Important:
You will only receive payout of rental earnings once the rental is completed.
