For Borrowers
Once you return the rented item, you don’t need to take any further action. The rental period will end when the lender marks the item as returned.
After the rental is complete, you will be prompted to leave a review.
Note: If the lender forgets to mark the item as returned, they will receive reminders. You will not be charged extra, even if the process is delayed.
For Lenders
To complete a rental and receive payment, you must mark the item as returned once the borrower has brought it back.
Important:
You will only receive payout of rental earnings once the rental is completed.
