Currently, reviews are based on a 1 to 5 scale, represented by emojis:
1 (angry face) – Very dissatisfied
5 (happy face) – Very satisfied
Most users leave a 5 rating, indicating a smooth and positive rental experience.
Future Improvements
We plan to enhance the rating system to make it more detailed and comprehensive, allowing users to provide a more accurate reflection of their experience. This update is in our development backlog.
