When creating a listing, you can add multiple pick-up locations. Each location you enter creates a separate listing, but borrowers will only see the one closest to their search location.
How it works when you receive a rental request
When you get a rental request, you'll see which address it applies to. You can then decide if you can hand over the item at the requested time and place.
If you can hand over the item at the specified address – accept the request as usual.
If you can't hand over the item at that address – inform the borrower before accepting the request. Provide an alternative location so they can decide if they still want to go ahead with the rental.
Important! The borrower must receive this information before making payment. If they aren't informed in advance and can't collect from the alternative location, they are entitled to a full refund.
Purpose of multiple pick-up locations
Adding multiple pick-up locations is not about increasing your listing’s visibility on the platform. It’s for specifying locations where you can genuinely hand over items—for example, if you can bring them to work and meet there.
