Pick-up locations are spots where you meet borrowers to hand over your items. These can be your home, workplace, or any convenient, frequently visited place. Adding pick-up locations makes rentals smoother by helping borrowers choose a meeting point that works for both of you.


Why Should I Add Pick-Up Locations?

Adding multiple reliable locations improves your chances of successful rentals. It gives borrowers more options and helps streamline the handover process.


What Makes a Good Pick-Up Location?

Choose locations where you’re consistently available—ideally multiple times per week. Avoid places you visit only occasionally (e.g., once a month), as they can lead to scheduling issues and a poor borrower experience.


How Many Pick-Up Locations Can I Add?

You can add up to five pick-up locations. Each one must be a place where you actively offer handovers.

If you add multiple locations but only use one regularly, we may reduce your limit.

No problem—just contact our support team to request an increase in your location limit.

Can I Update or Remove Locations?

Yes! You can change or delete pick-up locations anytime:

  1. Go to your profile settings

  2. Navigate to the Locations section

  3. Edit or remove locations as needed

Keeping your list current ensures a smoother experience for everyone.


Is My Exact Location Visible to Others?

No. Your exact location remains private until a rental is confirmed and paid. Borrowers will only see a general nearby area beforehand, to keep things safe.
