How verification works on Hygglo

Keeping rentals safe and secure for everyone.

Verification is part of how some bookings are reviewed before they can be confirmed.

Before a booking can go ahead, Hygglo may need to verify certain details. The checks needed can vary depending on the booking, market, and information available at the time.

Verification is not always required for every booking, and it is not always the same for every user or rental.

When verification may be needed

You may be asked to complete verification before a booking can be confirmed.

In some cases, this may include confirming your identity, providing documentation, or completing another verification step shown in the booking.

If verification is needed, the booking will show what to do next.

Why verification can happen more than once

Verification is not always a one-time process.

You may be asked to verify again if a new booking needs additional review, if your information has changed, or if more information is needed before the booking can continue.

This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account. It means we need to complete the verification steps for that booking.

What you need to do

If verification is required, follow the instructions shown in the booking.

The booking will show whether you need to upload documentation or wait for a review.

Please make sure any information or documents you provide match the details on your Hygglo account and the booking.

Why Hygglo cannot always share more details

Verification decisions are part of Hygglo’s internal review process.

To protect the process and ensure bookings are reviewed consistently, we may not be able to share detailed information about how a specific verification decision was made.
