Please only upload documents that match the request shown in the booking. If the wrong document type is uploaded, or if the document is unclear, expired, incomplete, or does not match your account details, it may not be approved.
If your document is not approved
If a document is not approved, the booking will show what needs to be corrected before you submit again.
Common reasons a document may not be approved include:
the document is expired
the image is blurry or incomplete
the document does not match the requested type
the name or address does not match the details on your account
required information is missing or not visible
