Creating an account on Hygglo is quick and secure. You can sign up using your email, Google, Apple, or (in the Nordics) BankID.
On desktop
Go to hygglo.com and click Log in or register at the top of the page.
A pop-up will appear giving you the option to log in or create an account.
Choose one of the available methods:
Email: Enter your email and create a password.
Google: Connect your Google account.
Apple: Sign in with your Apple ID.
eID (Nordics only): Use your eID (such as BankID) for secure and fast registration.
On mobile or in the app
Tap My profile in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Select Log in.
Choose your preferred sign-up option (Email, Google, Apple, or eID).
Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
Verifying your email and phone number
As part of creating an account, you will be asked to verify both your email address and your phone number.
Email verification:
Enter your email address.
Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
Click the link in the email to verify your email address.
Phone verification:
Enter your country code and phone number.
You will receive a code by text message.
Enter the code to confirm your number.
Both steps must be completed before you can start renting or listing items.
Not receiving the confirmation email or SMS?
If you’re not receiving the confirmation email:
Check your spam/junk folder.
Make sure you’ve entered the correct email address.
Try resending the email.
If you’re not receiving the SMS:
Double-check that you’ve selected the correct country code and entered the right phone number.
Make sure your phone has coverage and can receive messages.
Check that you haven’t blocked Hygglo as a sender.

Browsing without an account
You can browse available listings without creating an account. You will only need to register when you wish to:
Send a rental request
Message a lender
Create a listing
When you do, a pop-up will appear asking you to log in or create an account.
Additional details for Nordic users
If you register with your eID:
Your name will be automatically retrieved from the eID.
If your name appears incorrectly or needs to be adjusted, please contact us.
It is important to ensure that your contact details are accurate and up to date.
