Pickup locations are the spots where you meet borrowers to hand over your items. These can be your home, workplace, or any other convenient and frequently visited place. Adding and managing your pickup locations makes rentals smoother and helps borrowers choose a meeting point that works for both of you.

Having several reliable pickup locations increases your chances of successful rentals. It gives borrowers more flexibility and helps ensure that handovers run smoothly.

Choose places where you are regularly available, ideally several times per week. Avoid locations you only visit occasionally, as they can cause scheduling issues and create a poor experience for borrowers.

You can add up to five pickup locations, each one being a place where you can reliably meet borrowers. If you require more than five, you can contact our support team on info@hygglo.com to request an increase.

When you create a listing, you can assign multiple pickup locations. Each location you enter generates a separate listing, but borrowers will only see the one closest to their search location. When you receive a rental request, you will see which location it applies to. Before accepting, make sure you can meet the borrower there at the requested time.

The borrower must be informed of any change before making payment.

If they are not informed in advance and cannot collect from the alternative location, they are entitled to a full refund.

Your exact address is never shared until a booking has been confirmed, paid for and verified. Before that, borrowers will only see a general nearby area.
