What are your responsibilities as a renter?
As a renter on Hygglo, you are responsible for the following:

1. Taking care of the rental item
Handle the item with care and return it in the same condition as when you picked it up.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but any excessive damage must be avoided.
2. Covering costs for deductible in cases of damage or loss
If the rental item is damaged or lost, you are responsible for paying the deductible for certain categories.
For damages involving motor vehicles, trailers, or drones, the deductible is 5,000kr.
3. Returning the item on time
You must return the rental item at the agreed time.
Late returns will result in additional rental charges for the delayed period.
4. Paying additional fees
You are responsible for paying any additional fees linked to the rental as agreed with the owner. Examples include:
Tolls
Fines
Cleaning costs
Fuel expenses
If you fail to pay these fees directly to the vendor after the rental, Hygglo will charge you the amount owed.

5. Assisting the owner
If issues arise during the rental period due to your use of the item, you are required to:
Handle the situation responsibly.
Be helpful and cooperate with the owner to resolve the problem.
