1. Arrange the Return and Inspect the Item
Coordinate with the borrower to return the item.
Upon return, inspect the item together with the borrower.
Gather as much information as possible about how the damage occurred.
2. Review the Terms
Before proceeding, ensure you understand the applicable insurance terms for your item:

Damage to vehicles and drones covered by Hygglo's warranties is handled directly by us and is not included in our insurance solution in collaboration with Omocom.
3. Report the damage
Damage that occurs during the rental period must be reported as soon as you are informed.
You need a link to the insurance claim form, which you can request from Hygglo customer service.

Can I take my vehicle to a repair shop right away, or do I need to wait for instructions from Hygglo?
If your vehicle has been damaged during a rental, you as the lender may take it to a repair shop immediately. This helps us get a clearer understanding of what actually happened and the extent of the damage. In most cases, we encourage this to speed up the claims process.
Please remember to keep documentation from the repair shop, such as diagnostics, photos, and cost estimates, as these are required for the claims case.
