If a renter informs you of damage to a rented item, follow these steps:
1. Arrange the return and inspect the item
Coordinate with the renter to return the item.
Upon return, inspect the item together with the renter.
Gather as much information as possible about how the damage occurred.

Damage that occurs during the rental period must be reported to Omocom as soon as you are informed.
You need a unique link to the insurance claim form, which you can request from Hygglo customer service.
