Reporting damage to the insurance

If a renter informs you of damage to a rented item, follow these steps:

1. Arrange the return and inspect the item

  • Coordinate with the renter to return the item.

  • Upon return, inspect the item together with the renter.

  • Gather as much information as possible about how the damage occurred.

Before proceeding, ensure you understand the applicable insurance terms for your item:

3. Report the damage

  • Damage that occurs during the rental period must be reported to Omocom as soon as you are informed.

  • You need a unique link to the insurance claim form, which you can request from Hygglo customer service.

How to get your claim form link

  1. Contact our support on email hej@hygglo.se or via our messenger.

  2. Include the booking number related to the damage.

  3. Hygglo will provide you with the correct link to submit your claim.
