Once you've submitted a rental request, you can find it on the Bookings page. All active requests, messages, and bookings that haven't been completed or marked as inactive will be listed under "Current bookings".
What’s included in your rental request?
Your request will contain the following details:
Rental period – The dates and times the rental applies to.
Booking number – Useful if you need assistance from customer support.
Total price – Includes Hygglo’s booking fee.
Lender’s details – Full name and contact information (visible after payment).
Product details – Including a link to the listing.
Status updates – Information on the current stage of your rental.
Message field – For communication with the lender.
Progress indicator – Shows each step of the rental process.
Cancel button – Option to cancel your request.
Sharing contact details
Hygglo automatically shares the contact details after the rental has been paid for. Before payment, sharing contact information through the platform is not allowed.
Why do we do this?
Many users prefer not to receive unexpected phone calls.
In case of any disputes, it’s important that all agreements are documented.
This helps protect the safety of both renters and lenders.
Users attempting to bypass the system often violate our Terms of Use (§3.3) and may be blocked (§2.3).
