When do I pay for my booking?

You pay for the rental as soon as the owner approves your rental request. You will receive a notification once itโ€™s approved. After that, you can find payment details in your booking.

Where can I find my booking?

You can access your bookings here: Hygglo Bookings or in the app under Bookings.

How do I pay?

You can pay with a debit or credit card. We support:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not currently accept Vipps or Swish.

Can I use account balance or a voucher?

  • If you have a balance on your account, it will automatically be deducted from your rental cost.

  • If you have a voucher code, you must register it before making the payment.

Secure payment โ€“ Funds held safely until the rental ends

The payment is held in a secure account and is not released to the owner until the rental period ends. This ensures security for renters.

Important: pay promptly to secure your booking

Your rental is not confirmed until payment is made. If you delay payment, someone else may book the item before you. We recommend paying as soon as the owner approves your request.
