All prices shown to you during the booking flow include a booking fee.

The booking fee varies depending on the item category and is displayed clearly before you complete your booking.

Before confirming a booking, you’ll see a full price summary at checkout. This shows the rental price, service fee, any credit balance used, and the final total to pay.

Some rentals may include costs in addition to the item itself, such as consumables, transport, delivery, assembly, accessories or add-ons.

If a cost can be calculated in advance, it must be included in the price paid through Hygglo. It must be clearly stated in the listing or agreed in the chat before the booking is confirmed.

Examples of costs that must be included in the Hygglo price:

Only genuinely variable costs that cannot be determined until after the rental may currently be settled separately. Examples may include actual mileage, road tolls or fuel consumed during the rental.

These costs must be agreed in advance and be proportionate to the actual use.

You pay securely using credit/debit card or Apple Pay.
The rental is confirmed once payment and verification are completed.

Keep the full rental payment and all costs that can be calculated in advance on Hygglo. This keeps the payment and agreement clear and allows Hygglo to assist if something goes wrong.
