When a rental request is approved, the borrower must make a payment to confirm the booking. Until the payment is completed, the booking is not binding, meaning others can still send rental requests for the same dates. The dates will only be locked once the payment has been registered.
Once the payment has been made, the booking status will update, allowing you to see that the payment has gone through successfully.
Payment Methods
Currently, payments can only be made by card or Apple Pay. We do not offer other alternatives at this time, but we hope to add more options in the future.

Payments must be made through Hygglo to ensure:
Our insurance coverage applies.
We can assist you if any issues arise during the rental period.
The booking is recognised as a valid Hygglo rental.
Paying outside the platform is a breach of our terms and means we cannot provide support or insurance coverage.

Discount Codes
Discount codes must be registered on the borrower's account before payment. To register a code go to My profile > Vouchers.
