If something gets damaged during your rental, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Just follow these steps:
1. Contact the lender right away
Let the lender know as soon as possible. Clearly explain what happened and describe the damage in detail. The more information you provide, the smoother the process will be for everyone.
2. The lender will contact us
The lender will reach out to Hygglo Support to start a claim with the appropriate claims handler. We’ll guide them through the process and keep you in the loop if we need anything from you.
3. Special case: Vehicle damage
If the damage involves a vehicle, Hygglo will get in touch with you directly about the payment of the excess (the part of the cost you're responsible for).
