Important Things to Consider When Renting a Party Tent
Updated over 2 weeks ago
  • Secure the tent properly
Ensure the tent is firmly anchored using tent pegs, guy ropes, or weights, especially on soft ground or in windy conditions.

  • Take the tent down in strong winds
If the wind picks up and starts pulling at the tent, dismantle it promptly to prevent damage.

  • Let the tent dry before packing it away
Make sure the tent fabric is completely dry before packing it up to prevent mould and unpleasant odours.

  • Keep flames and heat sources away
Many tent fabrics are flammable, so keep barbecues, heaters, and open flames at a safe distance.

  • Check for damage before use
Inspect the tent and its poles before setting it up. If you notice any damage, inform the lender straight away.
