You can find and download receipts for your paid rentals from the Receipts page in your Hygglo account.
The page includes receipts for active, completed, cancelled and refunded rentals. You can download each receipt as a PDF in your language.
You’ll also receive your receipt as a PDF in your booking confirmation email.
Make sure the email address on your Hygglo account is correct so that you receive your booking confirmation and receipt.
The receipt includes information about who you rented from, what you paid, a description of the rental, and VAT where applicable. If the lender rents out as a company, the receipt shows the company’s legal name and VAT where applicable.
This confirmation works as a receipt for bookkeeping and can be used for expense reporting.
If you can’t access or download your receipt, contact Hygglo Support and we can help you retrieve it.
