Has the item you rented been damaged during your rental?

If an accident occurs during the rental period that results in damage to the item, it’s important to act quickly and follow the correct procedure to ensure a smooth resolution.

What to do if damage occurs:

  1. Notify the lender immediately – As soon as you notice the damage, contact the person you rented the item from and inform them of what has happened. Be as detailed as possible when describing the damage.

  2. The lender will submit an insurance claim – It is the lender's responsibility to contact Hygglo and file a claim with our insurance provider.

  3. Await further instructions – Depending on the situation, Hygglo or the lender may require additional information or documentation regarding the damage.

Deductible:

  • If the damage involves drones, drone accessories, or vehicles, you will be contacted either by Hygglo or Omocom regarding the payment of the insurance deductible.
