What happens if an item is not returned?

At Hygglo, we have robust security systems in place to significantly minimise the risk of theft. However, if an item is not returned, the following steps will be taken:

  1. Debt collection process

    We will initiate a debt collection case to claim compensation equal to the value of the missing item.

  2. Block account

    The person responsible for not returning the item will be blocked from using Hygglo in the future.
    ​

  3. Insurance claim assistance

    We will assist you in starting an insurance claim to ensure you receive compensation for the stolen item.
    ​
