If a rented out item is not returned at the agreed time, then the first thing you should do is to contact the person who has rented it to find a solution for when the item can be returned to you. If you do not reach a solution, or if you cannot get in touch with the person, please contact us so that we can help you. Our highest priorirty is of course for you to get your item back. Depending on the reason for the late return and how long the delay is, we may demand that the person renting pays an additional cost for rent.
