First and foremost, we have a lot of different security systems in place to reduce the risk of theft significantly. Were however an item not to be returned, the following steps were to happen:

  • File a police report on the person who rented

  • Create a claim on the money

  • Block the person from using Hygglo

  • Compensation in line with our insurance terms
