Has the customer informed you of a damage to the rented out item? The first thing you then need to do is arrange the return of the item and then go through it together with the customer upon return. Please collect as much information as possible from the customer regarding how the damage occurred.

Report a damage to the insurance
Damages that have occurred during rental period must be reported to Omocom as soon as the insured has been informed of the damage. You do so through a link you receive from Hygglo. Contact customer service at email@example.com for your unique link to the insurance claim form. Please include the booking number for the rent where the damage occurred when contacting us as we need this to be able to provide you with the correct link.
