To rent

  1. Find the ad you are interested in and see if it is available in the calendar.

  2. Send a request and create an account with BankID (an order request is not binding).

  3. The renter approves the request and you will received a notification if you're using the app or a text message if you're using the web.

  4. You pay with a credit card through Hygglo for the item to be booked.

  5. You agree between yourselves about exact times for delivery and return.

  6. You pick up the rental item at agreed place and time.

  7. You have the rental item during the booked period.

  8. You return the rental item at agreed time.

To rent out

  1. Create one or several ads.

  2. When you receive an order request you approve it (or deny if you're not available).

  3. When the customer has paid the order it is booked and the insurance is activated.

  4. You agree between yourselves about exact times for delivery and return.

  5. You hand out the rental item at agreed time and place and mark the item as picked-up in Hygglo.

  6. The customer returns the rental item and you mark it as returned, which ends the rental period and the money is paid out to you.

Hygglo takes a 20% cut on completed orders from the person renting out (50% on rentals of drones and accessories for drones). The customer pays a booking fee when paying for the rent.
